I believe I just scored a job at a sweet new music venue/bar/restaraunt.
Perhaps my financial woes will at long last be relieved.
Ever been so overwhelmed you have a hard time knowing where to start? Yeah, I'm pretty much there but yesterday I played guitar by Lake Murray for a few hours to clear my head. It was nice.
This sobriety thing sucks and I think it's making me crazy..I'm trying to remember why I've put aside the grass and bottle for a while and I can't really think of a good reason other than getting a few ducks in a row.

not halloween. heres what has me all freaked.
turning 23.. wow. when did i get old? i swear i have the same mentality i did at nineteen but apparently im not a reckless little kid anymore. i definitely need to get my life on track now, the fucking around needs to come to a permanent stop.
but it has been fun, and awesome along the way.

personally, life could be better as always.. but i do have alot to be greatful after visiting all my distant family at my gparents 50th anniversary in Wisconsin. FIFTY years. wow I don't think that happens very often any more. but im glad i went.
yep, cheese, guns, 350 dollars in fireworks, and plenty of secret beer with the wayward uncles.. it was good.
in other news, i just got the number of the freaking sexiest bartender i've ever seen. She and I bullshitted about local music and classic rock for half an hour. wow. yeah im not going to crush like that last horrible loss of control i experienced but yeah that was cool. she thinks im too cool to ask for her number an i was actually thinking she's way the hell out of my league.. yeah MY league..as if i've met anyone i assumed that about in ages. ha. anyway.. no big deal and im probably a little buzzed which doesn't spell any sort of future at all.. but still, fun. yes. i've had a good day from wake up to pass out.
